It happens in the smallest of moment and in the biggest ones too. Every day, we are given a choice. We can stay in the day to day or we can dream bigger, work towards our dreams or away from them. Somedays we make massive progress, others just a little inch we move forward. As long are we are moving the needle forward in some way, that is all that really matters.
Expansion is a very common theme surrounding us all right now.
How are you being called to grow and expand?
How is life presenting you with opportunities to change and evolve? So much is changing in our world and our lives, much of it is still unravelling and is happening in the unseen. Do you feel it too? Things that used to be solid and safe, the cracks are now being seen.

I love to notice how life is expanding us all right now and there is so much shifting and changing. There is a sense of relief and also a sense of excitement in the air.
It is time is a message I have received over and over again.
It is hard to lean in and allow the expansion and the change to happen sometimes. When it gets unsure and it’s hard to see what is coming, we lean into trust more than ever.
What if this expansion is happening so we are able to hold so much more in our lives?
What if this is the expansion we have been waiting for?
What if this is creating so much space and opportunity for all our biggest dreams and desires to land in our lives? It feels really big. It feels like a lot. It feels like we have made a choice and there is no going back, but we are not really sure of what is coming next, what will unfold or unravel next. I guess that is the beauty of life.
We get what we need, not what we want.
Somehow, it is always what will expand us the most. What a gift {in hindsight} not getting what we want but what we need is. There’s a pain point in change where we get to choose just how much this is going to hurt, how long we are going to hold on and at what point will we just give in and surrender?
What if we just lean in and let it lead us where we need to go?
Trusting in the unfolding and the unravelling? What if it’s leading us to exactly where we are meant to be? Yes please. The moment we surrender to the expansion and the change, the easier the journey and the road gets. It won’t change much but it will change how much we resist the expansion and change. All we can do is trust. Take inspired and aligned action and the each day take a step towards who we want to be.
If it changes our lives, let it.
If it expands us in ways we can only dream of, let it. So much is out of our control, there is so much beauty that emerges when we can just lean into trust by surrendering and allowing it all to unfold.
Just as it’s meant to.
Just as it was always going to. We just didn’t know that then. The more we can lean in, the more we can expand. The more we expand, the more we can hold.
